Android 4.4 KitKat Release

Android 4.4 KitKat is finally official. It is already released on the LG Nexus 5 which was announced in October and released in November 2013. It have some new features and changes which makes it one of the best Android OS thus far.



The feature voice command for Google search is amazing, by simply saying " OK Google " to perform searches, send messages and more. No need to touch the screen. It's cleaner and more modern design makes phone app, music app and movies app look more colourfull than before.


Also KitKat offers a more advance callerID and Chromecast support on smartphones. The callerID can now identify or locate close as possible location using Google maps when the incoming call is restricted or unidentified.

But the most exciting feature ever is printing from your phone or tablet. You can print to a printer connected to Google cloud print, to HP ePrint printers and other printers that have apps in the Google play store. There are also other add-on like an IR blaster, low-power audio playback for up to 60 hours of music playback, built-in pedometer, NFC capabilities and improved touchscreen feedback and sensitivity.









I am excited and anxious everything in one, just can't wait to install this OS on my Galaxy S3 soon. The update is not yet available but i am planing on downloading it through cyanogenmod website. From my point of view this is the best Android OS so far and I recommend any Android fans to get this as soon as possible.
